Well this is how I discovered this little Italy. I was searching about The Venetian in Macau on the net and I wondered if we have the same here in Manila. I googled it and to my surprise, there is this place called The Venice Piazza and it was just ten minutes away from my school. And so I decided to go straight there after my class to check it out.
It wasn't as big as it were at the REAL piazza in Italy but I had this feeling that I was in the real thing.
So the first thing that I noticed was the Clock tower that looked exactly the one in St. Marks Italy. The Piazza was sort of a mall and a place where you can go as if escaping from home to ITALY. The music serenading in every corner made me linger more and I'd prefer going there at night to appreciate the lights that gives life to the place.
So this is the clock tower they built exactly like the one in St. Marks
They kinda much filled it with bars and restaurants.
You can appreciate the place more at night because of its lights and stuff.
It wasnt done yet but It will look like this one if its already finished.
Of course the best part always comes last. The Venice Rialto where you can experience gondola rides like the one in Venice are soon to open and dont expect some artificial sky like the one in Macau because the concept of this project is more like having the REAL atmosphere of Italy. ENJOY.
